Shipping Information

Valeria Zentner Skin Care uses USPS to ship packages. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Standard orders are processed within two business days of receipt (excl. Saturday and Sunday) and should be with you in 5-7 business days. Our business hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm PST. If it has been more than seven working days and you have not received your product, please contact us.

Ground Shipping per product is a $5 flat rate plus a $1 additional fee for each physical item in the order. For example, an order of 1 item will incur a shipping cost of $6, and an order of 2 items will incur a shipping cost of $7, etc.

Please note that processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand.

Return Policy

You have up to 15 days from the date of receipt to return an item for refund, which must have been originally purchased directly from Valeria Zentner Skin Care, in an unused, sellable condition. We are not able to provide exchanges for online purchases and we cannot refund any item that has been used. We cannot accept returns on promotional items. Please have your receipt; otherwise, store credit shall be issued.

Shipping charges for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a(n) damaged item(s), please email us and provide your order number and contact information. We will contact you to resolve the issue.
